FOSSCR is the 5th Circuit's (Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi) subsection of NOSSCR, a specialized bar association for attorneys and other advocates representing people with disabilities before the Social Security Administration. Our members represent Social Security Disablility and Supplemental Security Insurance claimants through the adjudication process.

FOSSCR meets twice per year at the NOSSCR conferences, and at its own annual conference.
